If your computer is no longer working, or is behaving abnormally, this service can bring it back to normal. Problems with hardware (the physical computer components) or software (the programs installed on the computer) can be diagnosed and corrected. Some examples include:

• Replacing a broken computer component
  
• Scanning for viruses, and removing any viruses that are detected
• Replacing a cooling fan that has become excessively noisy
• Repairing the installation of Microsoft Windows
  
• Re-installing missing software
  

Computer problem troubleshooting is available in Kitchener-Waterloo, Elmira, Listowel (North Perth), Minto, and surrounding areas.
